During the Guaranteed Period: A minimum guaranteed income of 6% per annum for the first two years. If the rental revenue exceeds 6% per annum, the buyer will receive the additional amount. If it falls below 6%, the developer will compensate the difference to ensure the buyer receives at least 6% per annum.

 

Guaranteed Period: Two years from the date the project is eligible for handover and operational. After the guaranteed period, the buyer will be entitled to a share of the rental revenue from the Rental Program. (Terms and conditions are detailed in the Management and Maintenance Agreement)
